Muscle Tech- NaNo Vapor, Animal -

/ Rage, MHP - Dark Rage, All American EFX - Nytric EFX Pro, Dymatize - Xpand,
and Controlled Labs - White Flood, Scivation - Vasocharge.

Each of these supplements falls into the Nitric Oxide department.  Basically NO
supplements work to increase the flow of blood to the muscles thus providing them with
more oxygen and nutrients and visually creates a very "vascular" look (see picture below
- Natural athlete Doug training with the help of Gaspari's Superpump 250).  These
products also help to increase energy, strength and stamina through the workout.  
These are available in pill, powerders, and liquid form.

Scivation - XTEND, Universal - Intra-Aid, Muscle
Tech - IntraVol, Animal - BCAA Stack, MHP - Dark Matter, StarChem Labs - Evolution
X10, Muscle Tech - Anabolic Halo, VPX - NO Synthe Size,  Animal - Nitro.

Each of these supplements fall into the Intra/Post workout category.  Consuming a
combination of protein/essential amino acids and carbohydrates immediately
post-workout has been shown to speed up recovery (the time when the muscles grow the
most) and promote greater gains in muscle mass, strength, and performance.
ANO Tip:  Adding an L-Glutamine product to your pre workout regimine will increase much
needed glutamine in the body which is essential due to the strain you put your body
through during the workout.  L-Glutamine is also known to promote growth hormones in
the system.
