Each of these supplements falls into the weight gainer department.  These supplements
offer higher carbs, calories, and protein than lean muscle proteins.  Great for offseason
bodybuilders looking to put on a few extra pounds.  Compare BSN Syntha-6 (Lean
Muscle) at 200 calories, 6g of total fat and 23g of protein to BSN True Mass at 646
calories, 15.5g of total fat, and 46g of protein per serving.  More than double per
serving.  So if your looking to put on a few extra pounds, pick yourself up a weight
gainer.

Each of these supplements are lean muscle proteins.  Lean muscle protiens carry less
calories, carbs, fats, etc.  These are good for the on the go bodybuilder who doesn't
have time to take down 5 or 6 meals a day and are ok to use as a substitute.  Protein
powders should never be used as a long team fix to meals though, we recommend 1 or 2
shakes daily on a regular basis throughout the day.
