What is "Natural" bodybuilding?  There are two sides to this, and it basically depends on
what your goals are.  What we are not trying to do is to discredit or insult anyone in any
way we are mearly trying to educate and share our knowledge.  If you are into training
and are willing to put in the effort in and out of the gym, then hats off to you.
Bodybuilding is dedication, no matter what your goals or means of getting there may be.

Depending on who you talk to the meaning of "Natural" varies.  It is pretty obvious that
illegal steroids do not fall into this category, but what about the legal over the counter
products?  If you can buy them at a store legally, then whats the problem right?  Though
there is a small selection of actual natural test boosters, the majority of them would not
be allowed in natural competition.  The desiding factor obviously being what it is made of
(you can find a updated list of banned substances at each organizations website).
Aside from that, there are still major health risks.   If you're not interested in competing
naturally, and just want to get bigger and leaner with a little assistance (though we in no
way encourage this) you should always check what you are actually putting in your
body.  A little research goes a long way.  More often than not these supplements are
pulled off the counter shortly after they are released (generally due to FDA regulations)
so just because it is temporarily legal does not make it safe.  Pro hormones generally
carry the same side affects as the illegal steroid they are trying to mimic.  In some cases
they can actually be worse.

Methylated oral supplements can be highly toxic and be very harmful to your liver, which
in turn can affect other parts of your body.  Your body tries to keep a certain level of
chemicals and hormones in your body that work properly with each other, your makeup.
Anytime you change the level of one chemical it will effect the other chemicals in your
body.  If you are taking a supplement that greatly increases your testosterone, your
body will lower the amount that it would naturally produce.  Not a problem when you are
taking the supplement, but when you stop your body will take some time (if ever) to get
back to your natural levels.  Leaving your esrtogen to testosterone ratio much higher
(which is why Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is usually in the future of many
steroid users).  This will then make it much more difficult to lower bodyfat, gain muscle,
obtain an erection, or have any sex drive at all. Lets not forget acne, organ damage,
infections from injection sites, and hairloss.  The most infamous side affect of irregular
estrogen level is gynecomastia, more commonly know in the fitness world as "Bitch tits."
Every fitness enthusiast longs for a larger chest,
but we are sure thats not quite what
you had in mind
.

We know the struggle, we understand.  It seems like everyone wants to be as big as
possible, as strong as possible, as fast as possible.  It's the reason we beat ourselves
up day after day spending countless hours at the gym. The thing is, though these
products may help and be very affective, it is not worth the health risk as well as
possible physical appearance.  You may have no hair, a failing liver, man boobs, acne,
sloppy gut and a limp dick, but hey you've probably got some big arms.  Good for you.
The truth is you can only change your natural genetic appearance so much.  If you can
focus on your goals, eat correctly, and use the right natural safe supplements you can
increase your size and optimize your body to its full potential.

Training, diet, and supplementation.... peroid.
